About this property
Remodeled Rustic House, with Terrace and Garden
Stone house located in the center of the quiet and rustic village of Águas, in the municipality of Penamacor.
With two floors, on the first there are bedrooms, a bathroom and the terrace, with views of the mountains; on the ground floor, the living room, with fireplace, the kitchen, with fireplace, and the bathroom. It has a fenced garden, quite spacious and very peaceful, with several ancient olive trees. Parking space.
Equipped with air conditioning, TV and wifi, it has a hairdryer, iron and washing machine.
Kitchen equipped with fridge, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and blender. In the fireplace it is possible to grill (charcoal not provided).
In the village there is a minimarket, two cafes and spas. Relatively close there are two restaurants. In Penamacor you will find an ATM, pharmacy, supermarket and market, butcher…
Ideal starting point for walks or bike rides through the countryside, to visit the nearby historic villages or, simply, to recharge your vitality in the local spas, enjoy the beautiful and cool river beaches in the area, in summer, or warm up next to the village bonfire at Christmas.
