1 st floor studio , single space with one double bed and a single one , with two verandas one in front and one back, one bathroom and a second outside shower both with hot water giving you the possibility to shower at night looking at the stars A quite lovely space which can give you relaxing moments,150 meters in front of a lovely beach of ios. Minimal architecture and respect for the enviroment. Only 5 min walking from Yialou beach, 5 min from Hospital, 10 min from supermarket, 10 min walking from Ios port, 10 min walking from bus to (Chora or Mylopotas or Koumbara). We also have 2 lovely cats ,on the ground floor, so please inform ,before booking, if you have a dog.

Why they chose this property
Our neighbourhood Kabos, is 5 min walk from the port. All the buses have as a a starting point ,for all over the island ,the port. Is the best area for relaxing moments at Yialou beach bar and beautiful sunset at Pathos at koubara beach. Also there is a safe walking path from port to village.
What makes this property unique
Our studio is value for money, we respect our guests. The house is located in a key location
