Fully restored cottage, overlooking the Gers countryside and the Pyrenees

Beautiful old house full foot (110 m2 + attached garage).
Cottage label 3 (Gite de France).
3 bedrooms for 6 beds (beds 160 140 120 + 90), and possibility of 8 beds as sofa bed in the hallway.

Living room, dining room, kitchen overlooking large covered terrace.

Bathroom with walk-in shower.

Trees and garden terrace.

No neighbors.

Modern fully equipped kitchen.

Your holiday in a cottage open all year!

It is in an old farmhouse restored you can discover the Gers.
Totally independent and not overlooked, the cottage has a large wooded and fenced.

The views of the Pyrenees and the hills offer you a superb view from the terrace, living room, kitchen.

3 spacious bedrooms await with beds of 160 140 120 + 90. The bedding is good and new. A sofa bed is available in a wide corridor adjacent rooms.

The living room shares a large room with modern fully equipped kitchen. Access to the large covered terrace is directly from the living room and kitchen to enjoy the scenery around a meal.

Many hiking trails on site, (path of St Jacques de Compostela, etc ...) track, mountain biking, swimming, tennis, pony 5minuites.

A Gimont, you can do your shopping on the seasons of markets and discover the famous market in bold. Gourmet restaurants, and inns will delight you.

Fishing pond, cinema, swimming pool, riding stables (walks and courses for all levels, including rides hands to your kids) museum and farm visits within 4 km.

Many leisure centers, festivals, and found near Toulouse (museum, city of space etc ...) and easily accessible airport.

Pets allowed. Linen, provided on request.

Reception possibilities on the farm to find work on a grain farm in operation.

Price from 300 to 750 euros the week.

Wonderful big house in the most fantastic area with a outlook from the terrace that kept you there most days and evenings.Beautiful evening sky’s and looking out over sunflower fields.The house had big rooms and everything in good condition and working Mr Jean Francois a lovely man met us at property and welcomed us and showed us around and is also available if you should need him The house is detached with a big garden and the family live in the farmhouse at end of garden but hidden behind trees We had our dog with us and it was so nice to be able to walk around the sunflower fields that are owned by the family Gimont is a French town with everything you need even a swimming pool , visited the bars in the centre and was made to feel most welcome at all times Visited many places my favourite was going into the Pyrenees national park a 2 hour easy drive away The house is in a rural quite area but you are only 5 minutes from Gimont and if you wanted bigger towns Auch is 20 mins and Toulouse also 20 mins All the people we saw on our walks etc all greeted us with a smile and hello so friendly Would recommend this house if you want to chill and recharge but not be completely cut of as town nearby I miss the outlook from the terrace already the view is wonderful Perfect house perfect setting perfect hosts

Séjours dans le Gers

Belle maison tout confort dominant toutes ces terres à perte de vue avec parfois l'apparition des Pyrénées sans manquer la visite quotidienne de chevreuils et lièvres sortant des champs de tournesol. En fait belle région à visiter et que dire sur l'accueil si simple et sympathique du propriétaire et de la gentillesse de ses parents. Merci je conseille ce havre de paix.

Un havre de paix et de contemplation

Au gîte de Tounet, le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec gentillesse. Tout y est bien pensé, la maison comme l'orientation de la terrasse qui offre une vue imprenable sur la campagne gerçoise et la chaine des Pyrénées. Nous avons eu la chance de voir des levées et coucher de soleil superbes. Idéal pour se ressourcer.

Très belle maison dans une région magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très fonctionnelle et avec une belle vue sur la campagne et les Pyrénées. Gimont est un bon point de départ pour visiter les bastides environnantes. Notre hôte nous a accueillis de façon très sympathique.

Vacances de trois semaines dans une maison confortable, bien équipée avec une belle terrasse entourée d’un superbe jardin en pleine nature avec vue sur les Pyrénées.
