Stunning Coastal Beach House - Sleeping 4 in 2 Bedrooms - Pool and Beach Access Included.

Welcome to The Lobster Pot Beach House - Detached beach house, ideal for couples or a family with older children (perfect for a family of 4) - part of The Bay Filey holiday village - with pool and beach access nearby!

The Lobster Pot Beach House is located in the centre of the village, close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre. Enjoy a spacious enclosed terrace - ideal for dogs........

Enter through the step free door into the hallway with storage for shoes and coats. To your right are the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and the second bedroom with a further king sized bed (which can be separated to make two singles by the guests). There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors off the hallway / second bedroom.

To the left is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with lovely corner leather sofa and SMART TV (with Netflix, amazon prime, Apple TV etc - bring your own logins). Exit through the large bifold doors to the enclosed deck with seating, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting outside.

We leave a few games for our guests to use. The log burner makes this beach house warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

A fantastic family stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Lobster Pot Beach House. It was a lovely lodge with everything you could possibly need for a break away. It is located in an ideal spot on the park, close to the leisure facilities, pub, arcade and shop and just a short walk down to the beach. We will definitely return in the future.

Christmas get away

The lobster boy was beautiful furnished, clean and welcoming. This home has everything you need that sometimes is not available. The little touches of dog treats and biscuits made it feel really welcoming. This has the most comfortable bed in the site and we have stayed in a lot of the accommodation at the bay. I would not hesitate to book again

Last minute stay

Was everything we could ask for, lovely and comfortable and in a nice spot on The Bay. Our only complaint was there were no toilet rolls in the accommodation in either bathrooms.

A great stay at The Lobster Pot Beach House.

This was our third time staying at 'The Bay' Filey. The Lobster Pot Beach House felt more spacious than the other beach house we had stayed in and we particularly liked the trellis around the patio area which made it safer for our Dog and gave a little more privacy. The Lobster Pot Beach House was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more besides. We enjoyed playing some of the board games and appreciated all of the extras which were stored in the basket/Coffee table ie:- Beach chairs, bat and ball games, wind breaks and cosy blankets to name but a few. We had a great time and the weather was glorious. Just a note that new batteries are required in the kitchen weighing scales. Thank you, hope to be back again some time.
