About this property

Lækkert hus tæt på Strand og Natur! Tolles Haus Dicht am Strand und Natur

The house is located in Genner on a cul-de-sac—it’s wonderfully quiet! You’re close to Genner Beach, which is great for kids, and Kalvø... a magnificent peninsula perfect for a lovely walk along the water and through the woods.
Genner is located in Southern Jutland, where there are many great options for day trips. Aabenraa is nearby, and Sønderborg and Haderslev are also close by...
BUT the house also has a lovely, large garden where you can enjoy each other’s company....
The house is on two levels, so there’s naturally plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is part of a sort of open-concept living area with a large dining table that seats 12 people. Right outside the living area is a lovely terrace with enough space for everyone.
