The house has a pellet stove, garden, barbecue and a cosy guest house. It is located just 700 metres from the lighthouse of Ajo and 15 minutes walk from the beach of Cuberris. It is also surrounded by beaches, tourist sites such as the Ojerada Cave, the Natural Park of Cabárceno, Santoña, Laredo, Noja and Santander.
