Great complex and easy to get around

We came for a four day ski trip, there was six of us and we stayed in this three bedroom. It worked out well and the shuttle takes you anywhere you want to go. Also, the amenities are nice also.

Walk to base!

Great place, easy walk or frequent shuttle to base, would come again! Loved the hot tubs, extra common spaces to hang out, and happy hour. Note that 2nd bedroom has no windows and is very small. Best for kids.

Great Stay and Location

We enjoyed our stay and found the unit clean and in great condition. The shuttle system was super easy and the ski locker at the mountain was extremely helpful. The maintenance staff responded quickly for an issue with the dishwasher, but we later found out one of our guests put dish soap in the dishwasher. Oops... Highly recommend!!!

Great location but all else not great

Family of 5 stayed for 6 nights. Most of our complaints relate to retreatia , the property manager. The listing, however, was misleading. Only one real bedroom as the other ones didn’t have windows which was a problem because the units heating is dated and the unit ran hot even with all the heat turned off. The place had an odor upon entry and most everything by was very dated. The kitchen was well equipped. Manager gave us two keys for 5 residents and keys were necessary to enter the building so a pain. No cleaning supplies including no broom which is ridiculous. Wouldn’t book again.

The condo and property were exactly as represented in the listing, and perfect for our group of 4 men. The amenities were nice to enjoy after a full day of exertion on the mountain. The ski locker at the base of gondola which came with our unit was key to ensuring ease with equipment. Would definitely stay here again.

Family get away

Great location. Unit could have been a bit cleaner. I don’t think the dishwasher does a great job. It’s a bit old. Definitely needs an air conditioner in the upper loft. There are skylights near the loft and heard it up like an oven. It’s decorated nicely and had plenty of towels and amenities. We enjoyed our time in Steamboat Springs.

Summer Stay

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay over the holiday weekend. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Outdoor pool was a big hit with our children. Would give 5 stars but we had to check in late (after 5 PM) and we had to go to an offsite location to pickup the key and fill out paperwork. Hassle we could have lived without. Otherwise great place to stay
