Belvedere Villas - One Bedroom Villa with Private Pool | Katerina
Entering the villa there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with a sofa, a fireplace, a 50" HDTV smart TV with a Netflix account and a DVD player, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped functional kitchen. The living room area opens to a veranda which also leads to the pool area. Next to the living room, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a veranda with a sitting area. A bathroom with a bath is also found next to the kitchen area. Our delightful outdoor area with exceptional views offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 35 sq. m private swimming pool* with sun beds
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue
- Outdoor dining table
- Parking
*The pool can be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily cost and it requires one week advance notice.
Guests will have to arrange the payment of the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee upon check in
April-October: 8 euros per night/room
November-March: 2 euros per night/room
