COUNTRY ELEGANCE is in the NC Blue Ridge Mountains near West Jefferson and just off the New River with river access & located at the end of the road on 7 acres and joining State Park Property. Offering 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths.

Main Level:
This lavishly furnished home offers hardwood floors throughout. The greatroom boast a floor to ceiling stone fireplace w/ gas logs, Free Wifi, large smart TV with surround sound & Blueray DVD. Many windows & French doors to enjoy the natural light and mountain views. Dining for 10. Custom kitchen with stainless appliances, wine cooler, dishwasher, gas cook top, ice maker, kitchen aide oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, chopper, toaster oven.

Master Suite offers queen bedroom set, bath with double sink, shower and vanity.

Upper Level:
Open loft with recliner and desk.
Full bath.
Bedroom offering 2 twin beds.

Lower Level:
Spacious gameroom offering seating area with sleeper sofa, Satellite TV, DVD, VCR, large game table for cards & board games, foosball table. 4th bedroom with queen bed. 5th bedroom with full bed. Full bath on this level. Walk out to the lower patio.

Outside enjoy the mountain views from the open deck with picnic tables or covered deck with seating. Step out through the yard and enjoy the custom outdoor fireplace and wood burning fire pit. Bring your own firewood or buy some locally. Back down to the community entrance enjoy community river access at the gazebo OR at the entrance of the community at Kings Creek State Park river access with bath house. Just across the roadway is River Camp USA which offers a small store and kayaks & tubes.

Piney Creek vacation

The property was located in a great area, secluded but within 25 minutes of grocery stores and Walmart. We saw multiple deer on the property and enjoyed using the outdoor fire pit area which was a perfect size for our group. The house could use a deep cleaning as it appeared clean upon our arrival but once we settled in we noticed the kitchen cabinets were very dirty and the sofa area was as well. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook or bake (except the food of course). One thing to note the main living room only has space for 5 people to sit so if it’s a rainy day and you have multiple people in the house (as we did) you cannot all be in the same room comfortably. Entrance to the house is also precarious as there is no sidewalk to enter, only mulch with some flag stones that are easy to trip on. I mention this in case you have older adults in your party as we did. The stones move easily and my elderly parents tripped multiple times especially walking into the house at night when it is very dark. The basement area has a foosball table which we enjoyed but the area feels cramped with one sofa, a recliner and a picnic table. Linens and towels were not in the best condition and should all be replaced. Overall this is a nice property with room for improvements, proximity to the river is good and the area is lovely.

The trees

We very much enjoyed being with our children and grandchildren. The outdoor fireplace pit and fireplace was a perfect gathering in the evening. Improvement could be made as far as a view. Not like pictures. The trees have grown and conceal most Mountain View’s.

Wonderful Family Cabin

The cabin is incredibly well kept and absolutely stunning. It’s located in a perfect area just far enough from town that you are truly separated but also can have some great day trips into town. There are some things I would have loved to have more access too even if i had to sign waivers or something but overall I am extremely happy with the house itself and the property management company that runs it. I would 100% stay there again in the future and recommend people to stay there.

Wonderful place

Country Elegance was a beautiful cabin. Check in was a breeze. The property manager/owner always responded promptly, I'd like to say thank you to them again for accommodating me with my special request concerning our dog.
