Enjoy a rural house with a private pool and space for 6 people in a privileged natural environment, surrounded by trails and just 15 minutes from the urban centre of Coín. This property offers the privacy and tranquillity you are looking for, with a well-maintained garden surrounding the pool and two covered porches, perfect for relaxing, sharing moments with family or preparing meals outdoors thanks to its outdoor kitchen. 🌞🍹

The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, in addition to a second shared bathroom. The living-dining room is spacious and cosy, with a television area and a comfortable dining area. The kitchen, although compact, is fully equipped with everything necessary for your meals: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more. 🍽️🛏️

It is accessed by a compact rural path of about three kilometres, with some irregular sections, so it is not recommended for sports or low-profile vehicles. The plot is fully fenced, with parking for two cars, ensuring safety and comfort. 🚗🌳

The location is perfect for nature lovers, situated just 1 km from the Río Grande and natural trails, ideal for outdoor activities and for families with children. Additionally, you will be close to restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses, as well as less than an hour from beaches, water parks and cities like Málaga and Fuengirola. 🏞️⛳🌊

We had a lovely stay and space was nice! All I would say is you would definitely need a hire car which we didn’t know we would need and made certain trips a lot more difficult, but yes if you get one nice private location but able to get around much easier! Overall a nice stay :)

Check in was seemless, house was as described and well set up in terms of kitchen appliances and utensils, outdoor area with kitchen is great, and pool area was brilliant. Really enjoyed the stay. Location is very remote, which suited us fine but should be noted to guests expecting to frequent local amenities regularly. Prices were peak due to Summer season and felt a little expensive due to this but overall had a great stay.

Our stay was wonderful, from check in to leaving was very straightforward

Our stay was wonderful, from check in to leaving was very straightforward. Beautiful location but be mindful of mosquitoes. Make sure you spray lots of insect repellent in the early morning and evenings. We ended up cooking in the indoor kitchen most days as the mosquitos and bees would be attracted to the food. Very pleasant stay and our favourite part was the most incredible pool. Perfect size and was a lovely temperature. You don’t often find private pools like this one. The whole property is wonderful and just as described, not to mention spacious and extremely clean. The hosts of this property have put alot of thought into the different themes of rooms which was a nice touch. First class and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The property has everything you need. A hire car is a must when staying here, also the roads are very uneven in places for about 15 minutes from Coin until you reach the property. Be mindful of the uneven and bumpy roads so a 4x4similar is a must.

La tranquilidad de la finca, la piscina el jardín… Comprobar que funcionan los elementos de la vivienda.En mi caso, la hornilla de la cocina del interior tenía mal colocado los fuegos y la bombona de gas estaba mal colocado el cabezal.Hasta el martes no pudimos cocinar en el interior y todo ello lo arreglamos nosotros.También he sufrido corte de agua sin aviso previo. El último tramo de la carretera que va desde Conil a la finca ( la subida llena de piedras) es terrible para los coches.
