Known for its leafy streets and bustling community, Sanderson Road is located in Jesmond in Newcastle upon Tyne. Sanderson Road is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with beautiful interiors and contemporary furnishings throughout. Perfect for families, couples and small groups of friends, the apartment welcomes up to 4 guests. If you fancy shopping, historical houses, and even a nature escape, then you're in the perfect place with Jesmond Dene, Acorn Road, and Osborne Road just nearby.
The Space:
Sanderson Road is a family-friendly accommodation boasting a living room, kitchen diner, two bedrooms, and a family bathroom.
Upon entering the apartment, you'll find the family bathroom in the first door on your right. Fitted with a free standing bathtub, a separate shower cubicle, and a WC, the bathroom is sparkling clean with white interiors.
The next room is the open-plan kitchen diner. It includes a dining table with four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. The minimalist style exudes a refreshing vibe - just perfect for enjoying a good cup of tea or a cup of coffee from our Nespresso coffee machine.
You will also have access to a shared backyard from the kitchen back door.
If you walk along the hallway on your right from the main entrance, you will be headed to the master bedroom with a king-size bed. Beautifully designed with white interiors and an added touch of rust-coloured feature walls, bed throw, and art decor.
The living room is right beside the master bedroom. Fitted with a sofa and a white accent chair along with a Smart TV with access to Freeview and terrestrial channels. The green feature wall adds to the elegant look of the room, along with the stunning views of houses and trees from the neighbourhood.
The second bedroom is accessible from here. It features a double bed and a desk that can be utilised for work or studies or simply as a vanity table.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Sanderson Road are accessed via a key safe. Full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
There is no parking facility, however, there are plenty of transport links close by.
