About this property
1 bed flat in this lovely light leafy semi - min 80 days over summer
I leave for the summer and you have the place to yourself - its like having a 1 bed flat with private parking. I lock down my personal rooms and I'm not back til lthe end of the summer, when you will have left.
The maintenance fee is for utilities, which is £110 per month.
YOU are also in charge of your washing of the bedding.
The elec, water and the gas will be read when I leave and you have to pay these bills if you exceed the maintenance fees as well sign a tenancy agreement with myself and let me take copies of your passport ID for the tenancy agreement. YOur tenancy agreement is a lodgers agreement. I leave late evening on the 24th June 2024 but you can call me on the phone when you need to contact me. If you come before this date you will share for a few days and then its all yours, and that is great as I can show you how everything works etc. If not my freind Oskar will let you in and explain things.
We live on a wide street with lots of sunlight coming into the house, with trees around us and our front garden has a tree too. We get a number of regular birds visiting us and we have a family of Black birds who often sing in those trees. A bit of the country in the suburbs. Everything is close, so its easy to get a bus into the town, Aldi supermarket is 4 mins walk away, the pub is 7 mins walk and we have a corner shop 3 mins away.
I'm looking for a longer term let whilst I am away in Bulgaria . you have to pay for utilities whilst i am away..... the water, and other utilities.
. We take a photo record of the gas and elec and the water meters and then when I get back we read them again
I am basically away for the whole period you are staying, Ive just got a hand over date for you, and then I'm off for the winter season to run my chalet business abroad.
Generally you will be paying an extra £150 as its winter time.
The house is friendly, this is what my friends says, and we have all mod cons, and most of all we welcome you to our home.
Your bedroom is at the front of the house and you have a bay window so lots of light. The blinds can easily be closed to give privacy form the street and stop the sunshine.
The wardrobe has good hanging space but the very top cupboard is tied off and not for use. There are a nice set of old fashioned pine wood draws and a small set of white draws, a large work station and a mirror in the room.
you dont have access to the lounge as this is my private space but you have an easy chair in your bedroom for relaxing in.
We share a kitchen and you will have your own cupboard space for storing your things in.
THe kitchen has a washing machine, over and hob and a fridge freezer. you will have the full fridge when I go to Bulgaria
I should also point out you are not allowed to bring people back to the house and let them stay over. you are the only person allowed at the house and I do have cameras up in the hallway to check on this in the down stairs areas.
Toilet roll is in the bathroom for us all to use, but you will need to supply your own when I'm gone.
Now you are obliviously in to travelling so if you fancy a trip abroad why not try Bansko in Bulgaria, winter snow and ski and summer heat and trekking and mineral pools. We have a number of properties advertised with airb&b as this is our favoured advertising site. Try out these titles and see what we have to offer
- Apartment 1 (2 bedroom apt &2 sofa beds) Disalitsa
