HOUSE FEET IN THE WATER WITH SWIMMING POOL AND TENNIS IN PORTO VECCHIO:

In a quiet and family residence, feet in the water of the gulf of Porto Vecchio on the mountainside, with sandy beach, swimming pools and tennis our villa awaits you.
At 6 km from the center of Porto-Vecchio, on the southern shore of the gulf, the villa is located in the residence of the Marin Village which includes:
- two pools + 1 children's pool
- a tennis court
- a garden with trees
- a sandy beach

Ideal for a family of 6, our villa can nevertheless accommodate up to 8 people using the sofa bed of the living room. The villa, on two levels, is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- An entrance with stairs giving access to the floor,
- A separate toilet with washbasin,
- A living room with kitchenette, overlooking a covered terrace with barbecue (sea view), with sofa bed (2 people), flat screen TV, CD radio ... (the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, ceramic cooking hobs...)
- A room with terrace access, a wardrobe, two bedside tables, with 2 twin beds 90 (2 x 1 person) and a loft bed 140 (2 people).

Upstairs :
- A corridor with wardrobe,
- A room with access to a terrace (sea view), with a bed 140 (2 people), 2 bedside tables.
- A bathroom with toilet and washing machine.

Various:
Garden furniture (2 tables, chairs + deck chairs).
Sandy beach, tennis and swimming pool of the residence.
Palombaggia beach 7 km, the center of Porto-Vecchio 6 kms.
Linen not included, possibility to rent.
Bed and baby equipment (baby bath, high chair ...) possibility of renting.
Obligatory cleaning fee = 50 Euros in addition to the rent price.

Possibility to rent by weekend or half-week outside mid-June, mid-September.
Weekly prices correspond to 7 nights (period from ... 16:00 to ... 10:00 am).
Expect additional city tax (0.75 € / adult person / day).

Belle résidence, état villa à revoir

Notre séjour raccourci à 12j s'est bien passé grâce à la résidence bien placée; Super piscine et tennis, cadre magnifique. En revanche pour la location, j'ai invité le propriétaire à revoir certaines choses : la propreté, l'état de la vaisselle, la clim mobile inadaptée, et surtout le prestataire de services... Très mauvais contact avec François qui nous a pris de haut et racontait n'importe quoi. Il vaut mieux travailler avec de vrais professionnels quand on loue son bien... Nous déconseillons s'il n'y a pas de prise de conscience du propriétaire.

Super sejour a Porto Vecchio

Très belle maison, avec une magnifique piscine. Bien équipée. Très jolie terrasse. Petit accent sur l'entretien du jardin qui est incroyable. Un environnement reposant, calme face a la mer. Un terrain de tennis permet de s'amuser egalement. La maison est idéalement situé proche des commodités, commerces. Propriétaire et gestionnaire à l'écoute, réactif, disponible, un grand merci. Je recommande. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir avec grand plaisir.

Cadre génial, maison agréable à vivre. Seul petit bémol l absence de clim automatique car les 2 clim mobiles ont une efficacité limitée. Piscine et cours de tennis utilisés par toute la famille. Contacts avec Benoit et François au TOP!!! NOUS RECOMMANDONS

Posizione invidiabile nelle vicinanze delle spiagge più belle e a 10 min dai supermercati. La casa è carina e molto ben attrezzata (la cucina è molto comoda) ma avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione e cura. L’assistenza dovrebbe serre un po’ più presente e rispondere ai messaggi. La piscina è molto bella e pulita, il residence è molto verde. Per chi ne avesse necessità: non c’è Wi-Fi in casa e nemmeno nelle zone comuni. Nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole.

Cadre idyllique ! Piscine et mer super chaudes. Maison très agréable. 7 jours trop court, un conseil prévoyez au moins 2 semaines pour voir toutes les magnifiques plages à proximité et les fameuses Aiguilles de Bavella. Merci pour vos conseils M. Maquet. Nous reviendrons et conseillons ce lieu de vacances à tous les amoureux de la mer et de la montagne.

MAGNIFIQUE

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée, dans un cadre exceptionnel. Résidence très calme avec une très belle vue sur le Golfe de Porto-Vecchio et magnifique jardin. Nous sommes venus avec nos quatre enfants en juillet 2016 et espérons bien revenir l'année prochaine. La grande piscine, le tennis et la plage au fond du jardin sont très appréciables. Vacances de rêve, déconnexion et dépaysement total !
