#226 Vila LII by Home Holidays

Come and enjoy a tranquil refuge in our local accommodation, ideally located to explore Albufeira and its stunning beaches. This terraced house offers comfort and convenience, with a spacious layout distributed across the ground floor and 1st floor (accessed by stairs).



With capacity for up to 6 people, our accommodation has two well-equipped bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with air conditioning. The balconies and large windows provide plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere.



For greater convenience, we have two bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub. Relax and enjoy the sun on the terrace equipped with a barbecue area, outdoor tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals.

The spacious dining room features a double sofa bed perfect for 2 extra people, TV, air conditioning throughout the accommodation and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and espresso machine, among other appliances.



Moreover, guests have access to a shared swimming pool for adults and children, as well as a spacious shared garden. With a strategic location, we are just a few kilometres from Albufeira's most iconic beaches, ensuring you a memorable stay.



We do not provide private parking but you may find public parking nearby, subject to availability.

All good.

Very pleasant space, spacious, comfortable beds, and an outdoor area with a garden and barbecue. The pool is shared, and the large garden of the condominium is very well maintained. The house is fully furnished, and all the equipment was working.

Better than expected.

Don't let the photos impress you. When you arrive, you'll be in for an even bigger surprise, and for the better. New accommodation, more than suitable for holidays. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and a cosy outdoor area. We're not much for cooking at home, but breakfast was well prepared as there was everything we needed to prepare food. We really enjoyed the pool too.

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Urlaub mit Freunden. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Grillbereich, und nach einem Tag am Pool war das wirklich wunderbar. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, viel Platz, um die Kleidung zu verstauen, und da es sich um einen längeren Aufenthalt handelte, wurde uns ein Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher angeboten, was wirklich sehr praktisch war. Es ist nicht weit vom Zentrum von Albufeira entfernt, ein sehr angenehmer Spaziergang, bei dem wir die Stadt noch besser kennenlernen konnten.

As minhas crianças adoraram o local. Pudemos deixá-las aproveitar a piscina enquanto nós desfrutávamos da casa. No final do dia, o jantar era na varanda. C'était une véritable compétition pour utiliser le jacuzzi ! Nos petits déjeuners étaient toujours pris à l'extérieur, au grand air, et nous avions même un petit barbecue. Mes amis et moi nous sommes installés et avons profité de chaque centimètre de la maison. Les chambres, en plus d'être belles, avaient des lits confortables, ce qui est plus que normal pour un hébergement local. Tout s'est déroulé le mieux possible. Je n'ai que des éloges à leur faire.

Disfrutamos de los desayunos al aire libre, hicimos una barbacoa y aprovechamos al máximo la casa cómoda y bien amueblada, especialmente el salón. Las habitaciones eran preciosas, con camas muy cómodas, y toda la casa era espaciosa y agradable. La piscina compartida y el jardín bien cuidado añadieron a la experiencia. ¡Todo salió perfectamente y no podríamos estar más felices!

L'endroit est tranquille, l'accès au commerce local est rapide et l'ambiance est bonne. La soupe de poisson est de qualité. L'ensemble de l'appartement se trouvait dans des conditions optimales lorsque nous sommes arrivés, même après une nuit d'hôtel. Nous avons amélioré l'espace partout et nous avons eu de très bons moments dans la zone extérieure. Le séjour m'a beaucoup plu. J'aime beaucoup les endroits comme celui-ci.
