The apartment is equipped with everything you'll need for a fabulous stay in the coolest area of London.
The space: Due to the raised mezzanine loft style bedroom this studio feels super spacious and there is a large en suite bathroom with a shower, eco shower gel, shampoo & conditioner and white fluffy towels too.
You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer/dryer and a comfy seating area with a sofa bed in the living area and a 42" Android smart TV for those evenings in.
Up the stairs a super comfy king size bed awaits with puffy pillows and crisp white sheets and useful bedside wireless phone chargers.
To make sure you stay connected there is super fast WIFI throughout the studio.
The One One One is located right next door to the famous Sarm recording studios (now ThreeSixZero) where stars such as Rihanna, One Direction, Kanye West, Dua Lipa and Kylie Minogue to name but a few have all recorded, so don’t be surprised if you bump into someone famous on your way to the multitude of bars & restaurants Notting Hill has to offer. For shopping, if Portobello market doesn't have what you need then the huge Westfield shopping centre is just two tube stops (4 mins) away. Guest access All keyless access to the front door and the separate apartment door with codes sent prior to arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Although higher than most similar mezzanines, there is a restricted 1.5m height (5ft) in the upstairs bedroom area. This may not suit anyone with back or mobilty issues. The apartment is at the front of the building so there may be some street noise, although the windows are double glazed.
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
The One One One is a strictly no smoking building. As well as tobacco this includes vapes, incense sticks etc. There is a £100 cleaning surcharge for failure to adhere to this policy and you will be asked to vacate early if you breach this policy.
Hot water is from an electric immersion tank and although usually sufficient for 3 guests to shower, if long showers or baths are taken it may take an hour for the tank to heat the water up again

My best friend and I stayed here for a quick birthday trip to London. The flat was spotless. The location was ideal - only about 200 meters from the tube, pubs and restaurants within walking distance and such a beautiful neighborhood!
Paul was so kind. He provided a full booklet of information about the area that was super helpful. He also answered all of our questions almost immediately. He even left a birthday card!! I highly recommend this property

Having lived in Spain and Portugal for fifteen years, we have finally returned to our home city London. Wow! I had forgotten what an amazing city London is and it's really incredible how it has changed over the last fifteen years. Loving every day here and the vibe in Notting Hill is just the best!
Why they chose this property
The people are great and there is such variety in the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Also on a sunny day nothing beats walking past the beautiful stucco fronted painted houses on Elgin Crescent and then strolling through Holland Park.
What makes this property unique
The One One One was built towards the end of the 1800's - reformed in 2014 it still retains its Victorian heritage and the apartments are all really well equipped ready for our guests to enjoy. Location wise you can walk to so many cool places from The One One One but for travelling further afield the proximity to the tube and bus stops is unrivalled.
