The newly built apartment (70 sqm, 7/8 beds) is located 900 meters from the famous Torre Lapillo beach characterized by white sand, lidos and free beaches.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, large refrigerator (no frost), digital TV, direct water from the Apulian aqueduct (not from well or cistern), remote-monitored alarm, barbecue, mosquito nets, shower in the bathroom and shower in the garden (with hot water).
Within 100 meters are: supermarkets, bars, bakeries, pizzerias and restaurants by the sea.
The location is great: a few minutes by car you can visit Porto Cesareo (5 km), Lecce (28 km), Gallipoli (33 km) and many other tourist destinations (Otranto, Ostuni, etc.).
We particularly care about the comfort and hygiene of our guests. That is why we always sanitize the entire apartment with alcohol- and chlorine-based products before the arrival of new guests.
