Die Unterkunft an sich können wir nicht bewerten. Wir wurden nicht in die Wohnung gelassen, da die Buchung über FeWo angeblich nicht beim Vermieter eingegangen war. Nun lag laut Vermieter eine Doppelbuchung vor. Wir standen also mit drei Kindern nach drei Stunden Fahrt plus Fahrt mit der Fähre vor der Wohnung und durften uns dann für zwei Nächte eine neue Bleibe suchen. Die Hotline von FeWo hat auch probiert den Vermieter direkt zu erreichen, aber er nahm keine Anrufe an. Es wurde nur kurz per WhatsApp geschrieben. Sehr schlechter Umgang. Es hatte am Ende zur Folge, dass wir uns anstatt eines Apartments als Familie zwei Zimmer im Hotel buchen mussten.
