An inviting peaceful retreat on the edge of the Cotswold's, on the fringes of the historic Stratford-upon-Avon and the picturesque Chipping Campden.
We are based right on the Stratford Greenway, giving guests a perfect base to explore the local surroundings everything this green space has to offer. More info on this below.
The space
The property has a charming open plan living / dining area where guests can prepare food in the well equipped kitchen whilst also being able to enjoy relaxing on the comfy sofa and watching the television. The bedroom boasts a comfy King Sized bed and there is a bathroom equipped with both a bath & shower.
There is a private, fully fenced garden free for guests usage as well as the large balcony area at the back which is just perfect for a morning coffee.

Guests have exclusive access to the whole property during their stay.

The Stratford-upon-Avon to Long Marston Greenway is an important leisure amenity where everyone can relax, walk, run, cycle, picnic, exercise dogs and ride horses in a traffic-free environment.
It is also a valuable green space, wildlife corridor and part of a National Cycle Route and a major tourist attraction in Stratford, drawing many visitors from home and abroad.
Experience its charms for yourself, as it is free for all to use, seven days a week.
DURING YOUR STAY
My property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
