Mediteranean style, the villa is located in the heart of the Valinco Gulf (South Corsica), between the seaside resorts of Propriano (12km) and Porto-Pollo (5 km).
It fits harmoniously into an environment of beaches and rural landscapes, on the north shore of the gulf.

A green setting (5000m² of garden) 1.3 km from the beach, as well as quality facilities are available to you for a peaceful holiday. Wrought iron, terracotta, doors and other antique furniture give a real soul to this villa.

You will enjoy a beautiful swimming pool (100 m² with submerged beach), a 200m² deck with sun loungers, perfectly arranged in a flowered and wooded garden.
40 m² of terrace invite you to relax outside the villa: a terrace with wrought iron veranda for your barbecue evening, as well as a covered terrace with garden furniture.

Electric shutters in each room.

Its location is ideal for exploring Southern Corsica, from Ajaccio to Bonifacio, and criss-crossing the hinterland towards mountains, rivers and forests.

Services included in the rental price: Provision of sheets, towels and pool towels.
Cleaning of linen and cleaning at end of stay are included in the price.

TO SEE / TO DO / TO DISCOVER

-PORTO POLLO (5 mins): Its equipped beach, its café-restaurants on the beach, as well as its shops. Many activities offered from April / May: diving, sailing, jet skiing, horse riding ... departure from marked trails in the Regional Natural Park.

-FILITOSA (8 mins): The most visited prehistoric and Megalithic habitat site (8000 years old) in Corsica, in the heart of an exceptional natural environment

-PROPRIANO (15 mins *): pleasant seaside resort with its walk on the water's edge along the quays of the Marina (shopping, numerous restaurants and evenings in season, Departure of sea trips

- THE BAY OF CUPABIA (15 mins *): sublime sandy beach which borders this heavenly bay; the maquis goes there in hiding up to the sea, giving it that wild side so typical of Corsica. .

-SARTENE (30mns *): Famous for the procession of "Catenacciu" which takes place there at each Easter celebration, on the evening of Good Friday, it is also of great interest for its architectural heritage, its tall stone houses of granite that stands along narrow, cobbled streets. Its point of view on the Gulf of Valinco which it dominates is particularly magnificent.
To also visit the Departmental Museum of prehistory which one can couple the visit with that of the megalithic site of Cauria.

-CAMPOMORO (40 mins *): starting point for many hikes. For an easy and amazing family outing, prefer the one that, in a loop, will make you discover the majestic Genoese tower.

Tolle Villa mit privatem Pool

Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gut ausgerüstet, toller Pool! Wunderbarer Garten, gute Kommunikation mit den Besitzern. Sehr schöne Strände nach 5 Min. Autofahrt, Restaurants und kleiner Shop ebenfalls. Sehr ruhige und einsame Umgebung, kein Rambazamba in der Nähe. Kinderbett- und Stuhl wurden wie angemacht bereitgestellt, der Pool ist perfekt für mit kleinen Kindern. Absolut perfektes Haus für einen tollen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wundervolle Ferien in ruhiger Umgebung

In diesem Ferienhaus kann man sich wunderbar erholen. Vormittags an den Strand (z.B. Cupabia) bevor es zu heiß wird. Oder Wanderungen im Alta Rocca Gebirge, (Trou de la Bombe, Le Promontoire, Punta Velaco, Les Aiguilles de Bavella, Cascades des Purcaraccia), oder am Capo di Muru (Tour Génoise, Phare, Chapelles sur les rochers, Plage cachée). Oder Besichtigung von La Sartène oder Filitosa für ein bisschen Kultur. Es wird einem niemals langweilig. Im Haus selbst alles super! Küche gut eingerichtet, Ventilatoren gegen die Hitze, Mückenvertreiber gegen die kleinen Plagegeister, "La Plancha Grill", gute Betten. Und natürlich: der GARTEN und der POOL! Einfach fantastisch!!! Uneinsehbar, weitläufig, grün, gepflegt (1x pro Woche Gärtner und 1x pro Woche Poolreiningung, zusätzlich dauerhaft Reinigungsroboter). Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt! Beautiful garden and pool, great location

Our family had a great stay. The villa has a lovely pool and garden, which meant it was such a pleasure to spend time as a family swimming, eating on the terrace and just hanging out. The location is good for exploring the gulf of Valinco and all the different towns and beaches and is also close to local amenities. Béatrice was in contact as and when needed - special thanks to her and her husband for waiting for us to arrive when our flight was delayed.

Einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir je hatten.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in einem außergewöhnlich schönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr idyllischen Garten, der tatsächlich sehr groß ist, mit üppigen Rosen und wunderschönen Bäumen. Der Pool ist sehr groß, sauber und war am Ende unseres Urlaubs auch richtig warm. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet, daher braucht man eigentlich gar nichts mitzubringen. Ein riesiger Elektrogrill lädt zum Grillen ein und der Herd mit Backofen ist auch sehr modern. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und die ruhige Lage und die schönen Sonnenuntergänge sehr genossen. Diese Haus war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Familie Colonna, für die wunderschöne Zeit.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. Enough space for 5 people. We enjoyed having our meals on the upper terrace, played games on the table on the deck near the pool, swam a lot, read and worked on the covered terrace and watched the world cup football in side. Gemütliche Villa mit traumhafter Pool- und Gartenanlage

Confortable villa with beautiful gardens and gorgeous pool - you'll want to stay there forever! The house is fully equipped and spacious. The owners are very kind and helpful. The nearby coast is stunning and perfect for hiking, swimming & snorkling. Many interesting sights (eg. Filitosa, Sartène) are not far away. Therefore we certainly will return for another unforgettable holiday. Der schön gepflegte Aussenbereich war klar das Highlight bei unserem Aufenthalt - wir schafften es nur mit Mühe uns davon loszureissen, damit wir doch noch ein paar andere Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Korsika besichtigen konnten... Der Garten hat mehrere Bereiche zum Sitzen und Chillen, so dass man je nach Wunsch im Schatten oder in der Sonne sitzen kann (sogar eine Aussentoilette gibt es). Auch für Kinder eignet sich der Garten gut, denn er ist riesig und hat viel Platz zum Rumrennen und Verstecken. Dasselbe gilt für den Pool: Er hat am Rand einen weiten Bereich, in dem auch kleine Kinder stehen können und ist allgemein nicht sehr tief. Allerdings hat es keinen Zaun um den Pool, so dass Kleinkinder nicht alleine gelassen werden dürfen. Die Villa ist gemütlich eingerichtet - ganz besonders hat uns der Wintergarten (mit Esstisch) gefallen, weil man von hier aus einen tollen Blick auf Garten und Pool hat. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Bei uns waren auch viele Verbrauchsartikel wie Alufolie, Säcke oder Salz vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer sind grosszügig geschnitten und in den 3 Doppelbetten können problemlos 6 Personen schlafen - allerdings ist das Haus relativ leichthörig. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Man hat wirklich das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. In der Nähe warten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Sportmöglichkeiten darauf entdeckt zu werden. (meist mit weniger als 1 Std. Fahrzeit erreichbar). Beispielsweise gibt es in der Gegend zahlreiche Fundstellen aus der Bronze- und Eisenzeit (Kultstätten, Kastelle oder Dörfer). Besonders eindrücklich fanden wir Cucuruzzo und Filitosa. Landschaftlich wunderschön sind auch die Küstenwanderwege (z.B. ausgehend von Tizzano oder Campomoro) mit tollen einsamen Stränden - ideal zum Baden und Schnorcheln!). Bonifacio lohnt einen Tagesausflug (unbedingt eine Bootsfahrt um die Stadt unternehmen). Wenn man Lust zum Faulenzen an einem schönen Sandstrand hat, findet man den nach weniger als 5 Minuten Fahrzeit in Richtung Propriano. Uns hat dieser Urlaub so gut gefallen, dass wir bestimmt wieder kommen werden!!!

Wunderschönes ruhiges Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten als 4 köpfige Familie 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Juli 2016 in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Für uns ließ es keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten und der Pool waren wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. 1x in der Woche kam der Gärtner vorbei, der sich auch um die Poolreinigung kümmerte. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und sprachen sehr gut Englisch. Sie waren für uns jeder Zeit telefonisch erreichbar. In der Nähe sind sehr schöne Sandstrände, die auch nicht überlaufen waren. Auf Grund des wunderschönen Pool, haben wir es leider nur 3x zum Strand geschafft. In der näheren Umgebung sind 2 kleine Supermärkte die das nötigste anbieten. Für den Großeinkauf sind wir in das ca.15 min entfernte Propriano gefahren. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen an alle die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Für uns war es ein TOP Urlaub, vielen lieben Dank an Familie C.
