Living Area: The main living area is designed for relaxation and comfort. It includes a double sofa bed, perfect for additional guests, along with amenities like a TV and air conditioning. The main space includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils needed for cooking meals.

Bathroom: The villa includes one modern bathroom, equipped with all essential facilities, ensuring suitability and comfort for all guests.
Outdoor Features:
Private Pool: The highlight of the outdoor area is the private 35-square-meter pool, perfect for cooling off during warm days and enjoying the mesmerizing sea view while relaxing.

The Εnvironmental fee 15€ per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives.
