Tucked away Georgian coach house. Nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty. With beautiful Dartmoor views. Detached 5 bedroom spacious family home. The kitchen is large enough for everyone, a hot tub stands on a deck to make the most of the gorgeous views. There is a fire pit to cosy up in the evening after a day exploring or a day enjoying the house. There are plenty of books and toys and games for the children, also a trampoline. The webber bbq and large outside table invite alfresco dining. There are pull down blinds upstairs to help for a good nights sleep. A 20 minute drive brings you to some stunning beaches and the moor. The Dartmoor views from the house really make it special. Wild swimming is close by, a local pub is a 5 minute drive. Totnes is a 15 minute drive, there is also Ashburton and South Brent close by. Neighbourhood highlights - Quiet Village Location, 5 Minutes Drive off a main Dual Carriage way for easy Access. We are situated next to a church.... you can get some bell ringing on a Saturday or Sunday. Parking for 2 Cars. A car is necessary for exploring from this rural countryside home.

Bedroom 5 - These are 2x Small Singles for Children under 10 There are sheep in a neighbouring field close by. Please do not bring dogs that are affected by livestock as this is a rural farming community area.
