Villa Nonni - Sansiro

Villa Nonni, a beautiful little villa—one half of a two-family home—features a guest area located on the ground floor with a shared garden. Just a few steps from the lake. The quaint village of Acquaseria offers several beaches, a few bars and restaurants, a supermarket, and a bus stop for reaching the main tourist attractions around Lake Como.

Everything is just a short walk from the apartment, which features a terrace with a lake view.

Villa Nonni accommodates up to 4+1 guests and consists of an open-concept kitchen, a separate living room, a full bathroom, and a double bedroom; all rooms have windows. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, and an extra single bed can be added to the master bedroom.

Shared spaces include the garden and the annex, which offers additional amenities such as a laundry room, while the porch (with an outdoor table and lounge chairs) is for the exclusive use of the ground-floor apartment.

Please note that, for an additional fee, you can request that the refrigerator and pantry be stocked with food and drinks upon your arrival.
Finally, for guests travelling with guide dogs, the cleaning fee will be waived.
The villa is located in a pedestrian zone and can be reached on foot directly from the lake or from the car parks on the town’s high street. Please contact the host at least 24 hours before arrival for full details.
