Upon entering Paradise Residence, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan living area adorned with modern elegance. The fully equipped kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, including a microwave and a Nespresso machine, to satisfy all your culinary desires. The living area features a plush sofa bed, a 50-inch smart TV, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and a sophisticated dining table that comfortably seats six guests. A glass door seamlessly extends the living space to a private balcony, offering captivating city views and a beautiful vista of a lush green park.
This opulent apartment accommodates up to six guests, with two sumptuous double bedrooms and additional sleeping space on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The first bedroom offers ample closet space, a chic vanity table, and a lavish double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom, equally luxurious, features ample closet space, a lavish double bed, and a private balcony perfect for enjoying tranquil moments.

Pangrati is a charming and vibrant area in the heart of Athens, renowned for its blend of historic allure and contemporary vibrancy. The area is characterised by its tree-lined streets, cosy cafes, and lively squares. Rich in cultural heritage, Pangrati is home to landmarks such as the Panathenaic Stadium and the National Garden. It is also a thriving hub for art and cuisine, with numerous galleries, trendy restaurants, and bars catering to a diverse crowd. Its close proximity to the city centre makes Pangrati an ideal location for exploring the best of Athenian life, from bustling markets to serene parks. Whether you’re looking for leisurely strolls, indulgent local delicacies, or a vibrant atmosphere, Pangrati offers an unparalleled urban experience.
Copies of all passports and IDs for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. Access to the Property will not be granted until Phaedrus Living has verified satisfactory identification—such determination is at the sole discretion of Phaedrus Living. The Lead Guest must be 18 years of age or older to stay at the Property. Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In the event of lost keys, the guest will be responsible for a service fee of 35–60 euros to replace the lock. Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction and notification to the police. In such cases, Phaedrus Living will not refund booking fees. Guests must comply with building rules and procedures. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition as they were at the start of the stay. Guests are responsible for paying for any breakages, necessary repairs, or replacements. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of Phaedrus Living. The guest must notify Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance, and the extension is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the reservation extension. If the guest violates any of the conditions specified above, Phaedrus Living reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately.
