Big house with nice pool close to large beach

Big house with nice private pool Table tennis & more in the basement 5 min walk to the nice and large beach, southern part with lots of space 35 min drive to Valencia downtown

La casa en general es fantástica, pero el mantenimiento de la misma deja mucho que desear y hace que la estancia no sea tan buena. La entrega de llaves la realizó la persona que se encarga de la limpieza. Cuando llegamos la casa estaba fregada y limpia, pero la limpieza en profundidad y mantenimiento de la casa deja bastante que desear. La casa no tiene aire acondicionado,hace bastante calor (especialmente en la parte de arriba de la casa) y no cuenta con ventiladores suficientes. Sólo hay dos ventiladores en toda la casa y están muy sucios. La zona de barbacoa está muy deteriorada y descuidada. La piscina también está bastante sucia. No cuenta con limpieza de fondo solo con una pequeña red. Se ve la parte del fondo,luces y escalones bastante reguleros en cuanto a mantenimiento y limpieza.En la cocina hay menaje suficiente, pero también muy regulero de mantenimiento. Cuando llegamos las neveras si estaban conectadas, lo cual se agradece.Los baños no tienen nada de presión en la ducha, imposible ducharse en ambos baños a la vez.En definitiva la falta de mantenimiento hace que la puntuación baje mucho. Sería conveniente hacer un mayor cuidado más allá de la limpieza de la entrega, sobre todo en zona exterior y piscina.

Casa estupenda bien ubicada

Un gusto estar en una casa tan grande, con piscina privada y a tan poco de la playa. Las fotos reflejan perfectamente la realidad y la casa la encontramos muy limpia. Estamos muy contentos con los días que hemos pasado aqui.

Casa falta de mantenimiento

Cuando alquilamos una casa como esta, nuestro objetivo es disfrutar tanto de la casa como del exterior de la misma. La casa era muy amplia y podemos decir que estaba aceptable aunque con un mantenimiento de minimos. Por ejemplo, cuenta con dos baños completos pero imposible ducharse al mismo tiempo en uno y en otro porque no llega el agua para ambos. Aunque no contaba con aire acondicionado, dato que ya sabiamos, de los 3 ventiladores para refrescar toda la casa, uno de ellos lo sujetabamos con piedras....Y si hablamos del exterior (zona de barbacoa y cenador), una pena. Abandonada y sin mantenimiento desde hace mucho tiempo.Por ultimo, la piscina estaba muy bien. Muy grande y limpia.Es una casa con muchas posibilidades si la cuidaran un poquito mas.
