Penthouse with Rooftop Pool & Ocean View

This is a 2 story 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a rooftop pool. It is set up for a family of 4, but can accommodate 1 or 2 extra, *please request this option when booking*. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and suited to fit everyone's needs. It 's fully furnished and equipped with proper kitchenette materials and appliances. We provide our guests with free access to Netflix and WIFI at the apartment. Guests can enjoy a spacious balcony with a barbecue area while watching the sun set. One floor up is where one would find the rooftop infinity pool, one of the most relaxing experiences in the world! There you will find more lounging area as well as a mini kitchen to bring up snacks and drinks for the family. This is a great place to watch the sun rise and perfect for watching meteor showers. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet, feel free to walk or bike ride anywhere you please. Activities in the city include a dolophinarium right in the heart of the city about 700 meter walk. Around the delphinarium guests can enjoy delicious traditional Mexican and Italian food, as well as some of the best Gelato in the world. Those who like coffee there is Starbucks about 400 meter walk, as well as fun luxury and local shopping. Fishing is a very popular activity among tourists and especially locals, feel free to fish and cook what you've caught back at the house! If you're looking for nightly entertainment there is an out door bar in the heart of the city, with parties and live music almost nightly. The beach is a short walk (900 meters) it is a private beach, meaning that only tourists and home owners swim in it, restrooms are available on site, very clean and Air Conditioned. If you enjoy a mellow night out, there are tennis courts just outside of the apartment as well as private city golf course.

All guests and travelers going to Puerto Aventuras, this is a private and gated community, patrolled and guarded by security. Only Travels registered to rent and home owners are allowed into the city.
