Thank you for your feedback, Latifah. We’re glad you found the location excellent and the unit clean. We’re sorry to hear it felt too cramped for four guests. Space in central Belgravia can be compact, and your comment is a helpful reminder for us to make the layout and sizing expectations even clearer in the listing so guests can choose the best fit for their group. Thank you again for staying with us.

Everything was great

Bart works at a high level, fast and effective communication, helps us in all matters. The location is excellent in the beautiful and respectable Belgravia, downstairs there is a good cafe, a supermarket around the corner. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. We were there for a week and were very pleased. Thank you and we come back again.

Excellent location!

The apartment was situated in a great location, and fulfilled our needs perfectly. When we had trouble with the TV, Bart was quick to respond via text, came over within a couple of hours, and fixed the problem immediately. We would 100% stay here again! For any future renters, please note that there is only a washing machine, so don’t wash your clothes right before you leave, as they will need time to air dry. Just a tip! Otherwise, you should have a great stay!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re delighted the apartment’s location was perfect for you and that it fully met your needs. Thanks as well for mentioning the TV issue — I’m glad I could come over quickly and get it sorted. And we really appreciate your helpful tip for future guests about laundry: there’s a washing machine (no tumble dryer), so allowing time for air-drying is a great call. We’d love to host you again anytime you’re back in London!

Great location and flat but check in was terrible

Stood outside of flat in rain waiting on owner to unlock door remotely which didn’t work. He called an Uber to pick us up to bring us to him for a key but someone else who lived there came and we were able to enter with them. Terrible check in experience

Hi Marsha! Apologies, sometimes technology gets stuck, and we have a back up solution in place. Luckily, as I understood you reached my colleague straight away and thanks to the neighbour you were in in no time. Thank you for your patience and we hope to welcome you back in the future.
