Magasinet – Cozy farmstay near forest & lake
Welcome to our farm in Torsjö.

Your private apartment has a cozy wood-burning stove and everything you need to slow down, unwind and breathe out. Step outside and experience the gentle rhythm of farm life – cows nearby and quiet forest paths just behind the barn. Lake Torsjön is only a short walk away if you’re tempted by a refreshing winter dip. A calm and grounding escape in the heart of Småland.

As you step inside, you enter a welcoming kitchen with a traditional dining nook and kitchen bench. There’s a small hallway with coat hooks and a picnic basket, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.

To the right, you’ll find the bathroom with a shower. Straight ahead is the living room, furnished with an armchair, a sofa and a 140 cm sofa bed – and this is also where the cozy wood-burning stove is located.

Further into the apartment is the bedroom, featuring a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. If you’re traveling with a baby, this is where we set up the crib.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourselves, with one additional apartment located in the same building. The house sits next to an active family farm, giving you an authentic countryside experience.

You also have access to two different lake docks:

The north dock belongs to our farm and features a generous picnic table – perfect for outdoor meals by the water.
The south dock belongs to the village and offers a longer jetty with a swim ladder and a small sandy shore. There’s also a barbecue area where you can cook, relax, and enjoy time together.
