THE HOUSE
Located on a snug, tree-lined residential street in the heart of Chelsea, Southwest London, here's an attractive home spread out over several floors that invites you to sample the delights of city living. Let's take a look inside this beautifully presented house and discover what awaits:
THE LIVING ROOM
Relaxing, dining and television watching can all occur in the living / dining room which is located on the ground floor of this Chelsea house. Brand new furniture will ensure you live in the lap of luxury when you stay here, whether you're taking it easy on the sofa or armchairs, or enjoying snacks, meals and games at the dining table. Also in here you will find a decorative fireplace with mirror over the mantelpiece, and a desk and chair that's ideal for anyone with a work assignment to complete.
THE KITCHEN
Your galley-style kitchen ensures everything you need to self-cater in London is within easy reach. That includes a full range of quality kitchen appliances such as an oven, hob (stovetop), microwave and dishwasher. And it includes a wealth of storage space for food and drink in cupboards and the fridge freezer. Plus all those kitchen essentials such as a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. They're all here for you, along with a washer / dryer so you can handle your laundry in the house without having to hunt down the nearest launderette.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Accessed through doors from the living area, a pleasant little surprise awaits guests - a private patio. It's a real treat to find properties this close to central London that offer outside space, so be sure to make the most of yours. Perhaps you'll enjoy breakfasts out here seated at the table and chairs, or use the space for work, or as somewhere to sip evening drinks before heading out to a restaurant or a show (maybe both!).
3 BEDROOMS & 2.5 BATHROOMS
Will you leave making the decision about who sleeps where until you get here, or decide in advance? Either way, expect comfort aplenty whichever room becomes yours. This Chelsea house sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Two of these rooms each has a kingsize bed, while the other features a single day bed with a pull-out that turns it into a double if required.
Across the trio of bedrooms, you will find wardrobe and drawer space in which to store your luggage and belongings, as well as workspaces where you can sit with your laptops, and homely touches such as framed prints on the walls, thick carpet underfoot, and even a decorative fireplace in one of the rooms.
Mornings and evenings will be the busiest times for the bathrooms in the house, no doubt. The main family bathroom features both a shower and a tub, while one of the bedrooms with a kingsize bed has an ensuite shower room. For your convenience, there is also a cloakroom with wash basin and WC. High quality, neatly folded towels will be provided by your hosts, ready for all guests to use.
THE LOCAL AREA
The house is located in a side street within seconds of both the Royal Marsden and Royal Brompton hospitals. So, if you are working at either of these healthcare establishments or wish to stay near someone who is receiving hospital treatment, you could not wish for a more convenient location.
But of course, living in the heart of Chelsea means you'll have easy access to so many other great places in London, and you'll enjoy a large variety of ways to travel around the capital. Here's just a small selection of some of the places you may wish to visit, along with their approximate distances from the house on Guthrie Street:
Saatchi Gallery (0.6 miles)
The Museums - Natural History, Science and V&A (0.6 miles)
The King's Road (0.7miles)

GETTING AROUND
With buses, taxis and Ubers serving the Chelsea area, you'll have no shortage of transport options available to help you get to wherever you want to go.
South Kensington is the nearest London Underground station to the house, just under half a mile from your front door. The station is served by District, Circle and Piccadilly trains that can take you to multiple areas of London including Wimbledon (District Line), Heathrow Airport, Covent Garden, King's Cross St Pancras, (all on the Piccadilly Line), the City of London (District & Circle Line) and many more.
Of course, being so conveniently located as this house is, you may find that you can walk or cycle to many of the destinations you wish to visit.
Our standard check-in procedure is self-check in via key collection nearby, but If you would like someone to meet you at the home to show you in we can organise that for a £20 fee.
The stores we use are usually no longer than a 5-10 minute walk and we always try to make it as convenient as possible!
