About this property

Beautiful seaview, mountain trail and jacuzzi maisonette in the Athens Riviera

Welcome to our bright home in Varkiza, offering beautiful sea and mountain views. Set over 2 floors, in a 255m² space the house is fully equipped and perfectly located to enjoy all the lifestyle offerings of the Athens Riviera for families and large groups. Close to beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and hiking trails. After, wind down in the jacuzzi and enjoy the sunset view. We greet guests and provide weekly cleaning for stays >1 week.

We offer 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a laundry room, office, yoga area, and sea and mountain views looking over the sunset. There is an additional sofa bed in the office which can be laid out for large groups (please note the sofa bed is not in the main living room). The 255m² space includes a bright living area with Netflix, PlayStation 4, board games, a Jacuzzi, and a fully-equipped kitchen with multiple dining areas. Bedrooms are ensuite (so quick turnarounds from the beach!) with ample closet space. We are next to mountain trails and the sea is within walking distance. There is a public bus that can be accessed via a 10-minute walk. This is our family home so there is some light wear and tear from the kids. Other than that, this is a sanctuary nestled in beautiful Greek nature overlooking the sunset.

Greek Wedding

We had a very nice stay. The house is large and comfortable. It easily accommodated our party of 9. The location is fantastic with a patio view of the sea. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything in the house is up to date. We had one hiccup with the AC/Power (reason for 4 and not 5 stars) but the house manger MC was right on it. She is excellent at he job. Responsive, proactive and professional. Greece is beautiful and the people are welcoming and friendly (as we found with MC and the home’s owner).

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait pour visiter les alentours sans faire trop de km. Nous avons visité Athenes, Delphes (loin mais ça vaut le coup), Corinthes, Sounion... Nous avons eu un temps splendide sauf un jour, où nous avons simplement randonné à Vari-Vouliagmeni. Les restos, les supermarchés et les boulangeries-café sont tout proche, ce qui est très pratique (faisable à pied). L'appartement est vaste et il y a de la place pour tout le monde avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre (nous sommes partis avec nos 3 ados, ma soeur et mes parents). Le balcon terrasse est un vrai plus, surtout le matin pour prendre le petit déjeuner vue mer. Le jaccuzzi est sympa également, surtout en février. L'environnement est calme et il est facile de se garer. Il est facile d'arriver en bus aussi (c'est ainsi que nous sommes arrivés le 1er jour).La cuisine est top avec tout ce qu'il faut pour le séjour.Le seul bemol est que les matins les douches n'étaient pas très chaudes.Notre hôte a été tres réactif à nos demandes et très sympa. Nous recommandons cette location et nous y retournerons si l'occasion se présente.
