Enjoy your holidays in this wonderful apartment with a communal pool in the center of Porto, with all the tourist attractions accessible on foot despite the location being 15 minutes from Avenida dos Aliados, staying in a place with local shops and some restaurants. You can also make use of the furnished terrace with views of the common garden. The building was rehabilitated in 2023, combining premium decoration with a quiet location with views of the pool over the city.

Easy and smooth check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3pm to 4am, free of charge in case of late arrivals.



Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.

Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city center, about a 3-minute walk away.

Air conditioning is a plus for hot summer days, as well as to keep you warm during your stay in our fantastic apartment with pool. The apartment is on the first floor without an elevator.



The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed for two guests and a sofa bed recommended for a child, which can accommodate 3 people.



The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen products, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner.

Both bed linen and towels are of hotel quality and are cleaned by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.

Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.
