Listing still does not indicate this is a shared apartment

Good location, clean, beautiful marble, recently renovated. However, please note that this is not a whole apartment. The listing still hasn't been corrected, you get a room or two depending on how many in your party, These 2 rooms share a door to the rest of the apartment and there is a toilet outside our room within our area with the 2 bedrooms. We were only a party of 2, so he kept the second bedroom locked. The kitchen and living are in the common area where there is also another bedroom that seems to be rented out via another site and guests for that room typically stayed a night during our stay. Different from what is listed - there is no BBQ and the host doesn't speak English. The terrace is below street level for the street it faces. We were told the on-property parking is too tight and difficult to use. Free parking on the street in front of the apartment is possible but tough beyond certain hours. What was most disturbing is that during the last few days of our stay, the host asked the cleaner to tell us that we need to move to another property, and that it would be at his expense (duh) because he has another booking. We were shocked. He was the one who took us to our room when we checked in. When we told him we don't want such an arrangement, he left it as-is without a reply. FYI.

Successivamente, a causa di un imprevisto organizzativo, vi è stata comunicata con anticipo la necessità di proporvi un upgrade in una sistemazione migliore e senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Non ricevendo risposta ai messaggi e alle chiamate, sono stato costretto a inviare una collaboratrice in struttura per illustrarvi di persona la situazione. Secondo le regole dell’ospitalità, quando si presenta una necessità sopravvenuta l’ospite è tenuto ad adeguarsi a un cambio di camera o sistemazione, purché di livello pari o superiore e senza costi aggiuntivi. Il vostro rifiuto totale e la mancata collaborazione hanno rappresentato un comportamento scorretto, che ha creato un serio disagio alla gestione della struttura e che ha, di fatto, originato la vostra recensione negativa. Possiamo affermare con certezza che siete stati i peggiori ospiti avuti finora. La nostra media su Booking è di 9.5, testimonianza della qualità del servizio e della soddisfazione di tutti gli altri ospiti. Sconsigliamo vivamente questi ospiti ad altri host
