Property listing
You enter a hallway that turns 90 degrees to the right. The first room on the left is the kitchen with dining room furniture, and directly from the kitchen is a door leading into the master bedroom with its own access to the patio. The next room to the left from the entryway is a smaller bedroom; the next is the living room, with a door leading to bedroom 3. Straight ahead is bedroom 4. To the right is the bathroom.

We’ve recently improved the thermal insulation by adding an extra layer of insulation per window, installed many thick new curtains for warmth and style, upgraded the electrical system to handle more heat, and added some new radiators, light fixtures, furniture, and kitchen appliances. We’ve painted and renovated the place. A team of six people has spruced up the entire place even more!
Guest access
Access to the entire house, the garden, both porches, the large parking area—everything. Please note that we’ve built a wall in the living room, so you have two extra bedrooms—five in total—or the option of four bedrooms and a smaller living room.
Other things to note
If you enjoy sports and physical activity, there are 3 different illuminated trails in the woods above for running, skiing, and walking. There’s also a sports field below with football, table tennis, and more. Please note that since the photos were taken, we’ve built an extra wall in the living room, creating two additional bedrooms or a smaller living room with one bedroom.

Above the house, there are three different trails for jogging, skiing, or walking. From there, you also have a view of the entire surrounding area—it’s very expansive; you can see for miles in every direction. At the very top, there’s some kind of bomb shelter or the remains of a military facility.

You can also throw a party here—I own the company Billebro, which provides sound, lighting, and karaoke equipment, so you can rent the gear I bring here and have a really great time in the house.
