Er was een lek in de mazoutketel, waardoor heel het huis stonk naar mazout. De concierge heeft haar best gedaan, maar de geur was niet weg te krijgen. Vriendelijke dame vol goede wil. Overdag waren we weg, maar 's avonds en 's nacht wel erg hinderlijk. . Prachtige omgeving en huis is ok. 2 honden kwamen regelmatig in de tuin hun behoefte doen. Niet leuk. Niemand weet van waar ze komen.

Geräumiges Haus, sehr großer Garten, Parkplatz, weiter Blick über das Tal, keine direkten Nachbarn. Moderne Küche, Induktion, Backofen, Mikrowelle, gut ausgestattet. Einfaches Badezimmer, aber gute heiße Dusche. Auch die Zentralheizung funktioniert sehr gut. Smart-TV inklusive Netflix. Freundliche Besitzer (französischsprachig). Wir hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende, vereinbarten in Malmedy ein Taxi, das uns nach Signal bringen sollte, und gingen zurück nach Malmedy, am nächsten Tag gingen wir um die Burg und die Staustufe bei Robertville herum. Tolles Wochenende!

Auf Niederländisch: Es ist ein großes Haus, geräumige Zimmer, komplette Küche. Das Haus ist veraltet, was auch seinen Charme ausmacht. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön; Ruhig gelegen und viele Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Das Haus ist wartungsbedürftig, Einfachverglasung, die Luftheizung (Ölheizung) heizt intermittierend und macht ziemlichen Krach. Das Badezimmer (Badewanne/Dusche) ist klein, funktioniert gut, aber es ist unmöglich, den Boden trocken zu halten. Es ist keine Badematte vorhanden. Im blauen Schlafzimmer schien es ein Leck vom Dach zu geben. Im selben Schlafzimmer funktioniert eine Nachttischlampe nicht richtig (Verbindung halb locker) und eine Nachttischlampe kann nicht verwendet werden, da keine Steckdose in der Nähe ist. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in Stavelot!

Der Aufenthalt in den Ardennen an sich war wunderbar Aber das Haus war wirklich super schlecht, abgenutztes Sofa, Holzstühle und Esstisch, sehr schlechte Betten. Und dann hat sich der Vermieter auch noch getraut, 200,- Kaution für was zu verlangen!!!?... 200,- das war plus minus der Gesamtwert der Hausinstandhaltung!!... Nein, wenn man so will Da Belvilla weiterhin von Ihren Kunden ernst genommen wird, würde ich dieses Haus schnell von Ihrer Liste streichen!! Mvg R.Straatman

Das Haus in Stavelot ist wunderschön gelegen und hat einen riesigen Garten (Rasen). Sehr schön darin zu sitzen. Das Haus war in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und sehr nass. Außerdem viel Platz und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Kurz gesagt, ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr charmantes Haus in schöner Lage. Fantastische Aussicht. Im Winter ist es hier sehr kalt, da es eher schlecht isoliert ist. Die Heizung macht es im Wohnzimmer schnell angenehm, aber das kostet natürlich extra Geld. Und in den Schlafzimmern bleibt es frisch, aber das hat mir persönlich nicht so viel ausgemacht Alles in allem ein schönes geräumiges Haus. Etwas veraltet, aber das macht auch seinen Charme aus. Schöner großer Garten, in dem Sie bei gutem Wetter sitzen und grillen können. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
