Swimming pool house beautifully situated approx. 50 metres from the sea and approx. 200 metres from the sandy beach. From the living room and the big plot you have sea view. The size of the plot is so that there is plenty of room for each and everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves. The perfect location of the house respects the surrounding nature. The swimming pool is placed in a big, separate area with a prefilled whirlpool and sauna. Just next to the house you will find mini golf, bike hire and tennis courts as well as Nexø Golf Club. Here the course is surrounded both by wood and open landscapes consisting in luxuriant fields and meadows with grazing cattle. The house is also near to idyllic Snogebæk, a fishing hamlet with small restaurants, shops and a smokehouse.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
