In a beautiful area on 19,500 m² plot is this small farm with ample space for 4 people. Light extension of 40 m² from 2009 with kitchenette, sofa bed, football games, various other games and dining area for 6 people. There is energy-saving air-to-air heat pump which doubles as air conditioning. Living room with plenty of space. Good living room for older children, overnight guests etc. There are panoramic views of fields and lakes. Not far from the sea and beach. The south-facing terrace, which is closed off towards the road, provides excellent opportunities for fun around the grill. Note! Ceiling height in the older part of the house is 1.85 m and there are no curtains in the extension.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Dänemark. Die Umgebung ist schön und die Lage des Hauses ist auch toll. Einige Dinge, die dringend angeschaut werden müssen: Das Bett - wir haben den oberen Teil der Betten abgenommen, weil es alt und wirklich nicht hygienisch war, Flecken, die man darauf sehen kann - es braucht neue matratzen. das bad "teppich war dreckig und alt und ekelhaft. bad hatte keine toilettenbürste alt und ekelhaft der außentisch und die bank müssten dringend repariert werden, wenn ich etwas größer wäre, würde es sicher nicht halten BBQ, aber es gab keine. Für die Reinigung könnte man mehr saubere Tücher und einen Mop und einen Müll in die Küche geben. Es braucht ein insgesamt gutes Peeling - Frühjahrsputz auch die Wände, die die Lichter befestigen (fast keine funktionierten) und haben eine lose Verbindung Die Mikrowelle funktioniert nicht am Badezimmereingang. Der Splitter ist lose. Hoffentlich können Sie dies in Zukunft ändern, weil es einen schönen Charme hat. Das Haus braucht etwas Aufmerksamkeit. Beste D.
