The house was originally built in 1840 and carefully renovated in 2009, when a bright extension of 40 m² was also built, and in 2025. The extension contains a cozy living room with kitchenette, dining area for 6 people, TV and sofa, and various games - perfect as an activity room for older children or extra living room for relaxation and overnight guests. Please note that the double bed in the room is 140x200 cm. The home offers a bathroom and an extra toilet, as well as a spacious living room with plenty of space for shared comfort. In the older part of the house, the ceiling height is 1.85 m, which contributes to the house's authentic charm. Outside, you can enjoy the south-facing terrace, which is closed off from the road and is therefore ideal for relaxing moments around the electric table grill. The area invites you to peace and contemplation, while you only have about 4 km to the coast and beach. Shopping is about 7 km from the house, and the nearest restaurant is about 11 km away. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly solutions such as a heat pump and has both Danish and German TV. There is also a wood-burning stove, which creates extra coziness on cooler days. For electric car owners, there is a plug with CEE contact (IEC-60309, 5-pole, 3 phases, 16A). The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
