This holiday home is located in a quiet area near Gedesby, close to a wide, child-friendly beach. The holiday home is bright and cosy inside and also has a large wooden terrace, which is partially covered. Inside you will find the open-plan kitchen/living area with dining and sitting area as well as two bathrooms with pleasant underfloor heating. There are also three large bedrooms, each with two beds and two sleeping lofts under the sloping roof, each with a sleeping area. The technical equipment of the spacious holiday home includes various household appliances as well as WiFi, loudspeakers, smart TV with Chromecast for streaming and Netflix. A climate-friendly heat pump has also been installed, which contributes to a pleasant temperature in the house at any time of year. There is also a wood-burning stove for cosiness. Outside, you will find a beautifully screened and predominantly natural plot that is part of the WWF's ‘Wild Gardens’ project. A large wooden terrace and a garden barbecue are available for sunny days.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
