At Kramnitze you will find this cottage, which is 2 km. to restaurant (10 km. in winter), 10 km. for shopping and 300 m. to the coast. The house was built in 1977 and partially renovated inside and out in 2020. Inside there is, among other things, a new floor, TV, dishwasher and washing machine with drying function. The house is furnished with sofa group for 5 people and dining table with dining chairs for 6 people. Walled fireplace in the living room. Outside, the house and carport have been renovated and painted. Nice terrace to the south with cozy brick fireplace, newer garden furniture, parasol and ball grill / grill starter. In the garden, large trees have been felled and a new lawn laid out. It provides air and light to the house and terrace. The holiday home is suitable for use all year round. An excursion destination could be Knuthenborg Park & amp; Safari or the Medieval Center in Nykøbing Falster, which is an experimental center with working workshops.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
