4 star holiday home in Åskloster

An absolutely wonderful coastal house with fine details and a nice feel in the interior with sea views in several directions. Located in the beautiful Åskloster about 14 km north of Varberg. Plenty of space both inside and out with balconies in several different directions. Bright and airy! There is a small extra wooden deck on a height in the garden where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in peace and quiet with a view of the sea. There is a TV that is used as a screen if you want to connect your computer, for example, but no channels. Beautifully decorated glazed conservatory close to the kitchen with a large dining area where you can gather and have a good meal together and socialize regardless of the weather. The living room has a wood-burning stove for extra evening coziness on rainy days. The bedrooms are located three in a row in a staircase with a mezzanine. There are four bedrooms in total, the first of which is slightly larger and is located on the lower floor with its own entrance. The kitchen has its own exit to a small patio, perfect for a nice summer breakfast. Please note that this is an older house and therefore it can be drafty along the floor. The radiators should not be used, but there is an air heat pump and you can economize on electricity. The house is mainly suitable for stays during the warmer months, i.e. around April-October, when it is not heated when not in use and it can take around 2 hours to heat up with the air heat pump and the stove. Therefore, you should think about arriving in good time so that you have time to heat it up before the night. The house is located at the bottom of a street so no through traffic but very quiet and nice and largely completely private. Warm welcome to a really lovely holiday stay! Good to know: Pets are not allowed to roam the grounds and needs to stay on a leash. Information about garbage disposal is available in the house.
