Welcome to this beautiful architect designed holiday home which is build with care and class, with an amazing garden and relaxation area along with a rentable sauna and whirlpool. The bright living room is combined with the kitchen, and there is also here where can access the large patio which faces south/west where you can overlook the nature and a large pond, where you can find salmon and crayfish. The owner has thought of the lightning in this holiday home, so as much light possible comes in during the bright month of the year, but there are also many different light sources which makes it very accretive even during winter when it is dark. In the holiday home there are 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. There is a double bed in the first bedroom and a bunk bed in the second where you can sleep up to three people, two on lower bed (130cm wide) and one on the top berth. Here you can also get access to an extra folding bed. In the beautiful bathroom you can find the whirlpool ready, if you want a relaxing moment or enjoy your holiday. The holiday home is largely suitable for disabled people; it is easy to access the holiday home and move around inside the house, and the beautiful patio is perfectly connected with the living room. The WC-door is however 90cm wide. The beautiful entry/hallway is somewhat of an artwork; build in an old traditional style. Here you can sit in the glass covered hallway/entry/outdoor room and relax. One of the best things about this holiday home is the outdoor environment. Your holiday home is located on a large lawn which is perfect for play and games. Moreover are the plot and the neighbor/owners plot somewhat of a botanical garden. The owner is very interested in plants so therefore are there several beautiful areas, places and plantations. So if you are interested in gardens and plants, do not hesitate to ask the owner for a tour. The closest house is approximately 50m away, and there is where the owner lives. The abundant vegetation, the good setting of the holiday home and the large green areas makes this holiday home feel very private. Next to the houses there is relaxing area located where you can find an amazing sauna with relaxing-room on a huge patio, and on this patio there is a big outdoor whirlpool with room for everybody. This whirlpool has always a temperature of 39 degrees. If you wish, you can rent the relaxation area directly by the owner on site. The closest natural bathing spot is by the beautiful river Emån, about 700m away. Here someone has built a swimming area which is perfectly ok for a dip. The closest distance to Emån is approximately 400m and is perfect if you would like to do some fishing (fishing with fishing rod is free). If you would like a bigger beach there is one only 3km away, alternative a 1,5km walk in the forest to the beautiful lake Vallsjön. Your holiday home is located in the lovely village Rödja on the Smålänska highlands. This is a perfect starting point for discovering most of Småland such as “the world of Astrid Lindgren” and the glassworks. It is also located close to the cities Jönköpnig, Nässjö and Vetlanda. The closest city is Sävsjö (10km) and in this lovely town you will find most what you need during your stay.
