The holiday home is 76 square meters and contains hallway, entrance hall, bathroom/laundry room, storage room, 3 bedrooms: 1 with a bunk bed, 1 with double bed and 1 with a family bunk bed (120cm x 75 cm) and a cot. Living room with open plan kitchen. From the dining table, you have a great view of the fjord. The holiday home has an air-to-air heat pump. TV, satellite with access to German and international channels. Canal Digital. Access from the living room to a partly covered, large terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. The terrace extends further towards the front towards the sea. In the basement, there is a freezer and plenty of space for fishing equipment and life jackets. Below the terrace, a path leads down to private quay with floating jetty and mooring area only 20 m from the holiday home. Directly above the holiday house there is a sheltered barbecue area with fire pit, benches, and a table. Close by you will find Skjerjehamn, an old village restored in 2007 where you can enjoy dinner and home-brewed beer. Every year at the end of July, there is a festival here with famous artists. From the holiday home, there is approx. 8.2 km to the town of Byrknes with grocery store and service offers. Bergen with its attractions, shops, and restaurants is 1.5 hours away. The boat is located at the floating jetty directly below the holiday home. Boat for rent: 1 x White Shark 18 feet with new engine 115 hp, 4 stroke engine, chart plotter, sonar, 6 rod holders.
