Challenge family and friends to billiards, table tennis, or darts and create unforgettable memories together. The well-equipped kitchen is directly connected to the living room, making it easy to cook while enjoying conversations and cozy moments. The house is very roomy and has a thoughtful layout with two separate sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom – perfect for two families traveling together. A large loft offers additional sleeping space, especially suited for children. Outside, you will find a spacious terrace with quality garden furniture, where you can relax in the sun and enjoy outdoor meals. Anglers will also appreciate the practical outdoor sink for cleaning fresh catches. Please note that the holiday home is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
