7 person holiday home in Holbæk-By Traum

Vacation home just a few minutes' walk from Tuse Næs on Lammefjord, located in a quiet area. The house has a bright and cozy living room and open kitchen/dining area with a wood-burning stove and TV. You can stream your own TV providers via Wi-Fi and Chromecast. The living room opens onto a 22 m² conservatory, which is also equipped with a seating area and TV, as well as a PlayStation and lots of games. The house also has two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm wide double bed, and a bathroom. Separate annex next door on the natural property with a single bed and double sofa bed, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi, ideal for older children. Outside, you will find a beautiful garden with various plants and a cozy fire pit for balmy evenings, as well as space for ball games. Partially covered terrace with various garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue. Please note: The outdoor hot tub is private and not accessible. DKK 10 per day will be deducted from the electricity bill. You can swim and fish in the fjord. Just a 20-minute drive away is the small town of Holbæk, which offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, a cinema, theater, golf course, and ferry connection to the island of Orø. No rentals to youth groups, please!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
