Newly built fresh house located in Grisbäck Bergkvara, where you can enjoy the scenic surroundings and the proximity to the sea. The Kalmarsundsleden, which goes right past the plot, leads you down to the sea with a lovely walking path close to the sea. You have a wonderful long shallow white sandy beach called Sjöhagen 1300m away. A real gem, also known as Lilla Böda, where you can swim more undisturbed. The house was built in 2021 and is in top condition. The roof is open up to the ridge, which gives the house a lovely spaciousness. The kitchen is neat and here you have most of what you might need. The living room is open with a dining area and a living area where the sofa can be made into a double bed. There is also an extra folding bed. Here you can enjoy curling up in fresh hotel sheets that are included in the rental. Towels are also included. Nice bathroom with wc, sink and shower. You have a nice terrace with outdoor furniture and a garden with lawn and gravel path. Electric grill available. You also have the option of bringing your own boat. Boat mooring is available. In Södra Kärr, the boat can be launched. For those interested in fishing, there is free fishing in the sea and it is known for a good supply of mainly pike. There is also a beach within walking distance in Södra Kärr. If a larger swimming area is desired, e.g. White Sand is recommended. In Bergkvara there is a grocery store, restaurants and padel for those who are interested. Grisbäck is perfectly located for various excursion destinations if desired. For those interested in golf, Möre Golf Club is nearby. Picturesque Kristianopel is well worth a visit with its fine guest harbour, its small shops, restaurants and cafes. Café Sött o Salt is a hot tip. Boat trips to Garpens lighthouse depart from Bergkvara. Blomlöf's fish smokehouse offers a popular restaurant and farm shop. A day trip across the bridge to Öland is usually much appreciated. You also have Kalmar with its wide range of restaurants, shops and entertainment. Here is also the magically beautiful Kalmar Castle. Karlskrona is also nearby if you want to explore the beautiful city and its wide range.
