Maison neuve avec grand jardin, la plage à pied.

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans cette superbe maison entièrement rénovée cette année.

Sa superficie d’environ 100 mètres carrés et ses grands volumes vous assurent une expérience confortable, calme et à deux pas de la plage.

Notre maison est composée de deux grandes chambres avec salle de bain (dont une avec WC).

Un grand salon, salle à manger avec cuisine ouverte vous permettent de vivre un moment unique et paisible.

Un canapé lit permet d’accueillir deux voyageurs de plus.
Le logement
Un grand salon avec salle à manger, cuisine ouverte et îlot central.

Un canapé lit dans cette immense pièce permet de dormir à deux voyageurs supplémentaires.

Une chambre avec salle de bain et WC. Un grand lit double 160.

Une deuxième chambre avec un grand lit double ou deux lits simple, et une salle de bain.

La villa l’Epicerie est située au cœur du village de Foulerot. Vous pourrez accéder à un restaurant (La Guitoune), à un terrain de tennis, des jeux d’enfants et la plage à pied.

Note importante : Nous fournissons les draps et serviettes mais ils ne sont pas inclus dans le prix de la location. Des kits draps + serviettes en location sont proposés à la location au tarif de 20€ / kit.
