Alimos Kalamaki 100 meters from the sea and the sailors marina.
Spacious apartment 71 sq.m. on the second floor on a pedestrian street in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of greenery and very close to the sea. ! It offers comfortable accommodation very close to an oven, souvlaki, delivery, kiosk, self service laundromat, children's playground as well as super markets, pharmacies, local nightlife. It can accommodate two people in a spacious double bed, one more person in a three-seater sofa and one more person in a single bed. The apartment is very close to a transport hub to Piraeus, Glyfada and the center of Athens by tram or bus. It is very close to the Kalamaki marina, a hub for sailors. You can swim in the sea at the nearby sun beach or at the nearby beach. In the afternoon there are plenty of cafes and night clubs on the beach for entertainment.
The apartment is equipped with an electric stove to cook your own food. You can drink your coffee or tea using the kettle. There is also a small fridge to keep things fresh and cold and a dining table to enjoy your breakfast. There is also a hair dryer, iron with ironing board, TV, air conditioner, fan and Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5 ghz. There is paid parking next to the beach or you can find a free space near the accommodation.
