Welcome to BrynView, located at the foot of Cefn Bryn, this property offers easy access to stunning views of the surrounding area, including the Neolithic King Arthur Stone on the hill. From the top of Cefn Bryn, known as the backbone of Gower, you have a panoramic view. To the east is Bannau Brycheiniog. To the north is the Loughor estuary and the Carmarthenshire coast. To the west is Carmarthen Bay and it is possible to see as far as Tenby in Pembrokeshire on a clear day. To the south are views of Lundy Island and the coast of North Devon.
The property itself features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area, and a cosy living room overlooking the garden through French doors. There’s a separate sitting room, ensuring plenty of space for relaxation. Upstairs, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and three comfortable bedrooms, each with ample storage space, the owner also thoughtfuly supplies two hairdryers. The location is ideal for exploring the Gower Peninsula, just a ten-minute drive from the world-famous Rhossili beach and a 30 minute drive from Swansea. Local amenities are conveniently close; there’s a post office and shop within a 5-minute walk, and a garage and general store at Knelston, a mile and a half down the road. A great pub, a local favourite, is a mere 5-minute stroll away, offering lovely food and a wide range of beers, spirits and wines (there are no street lights so please take a torch). This area is also renowned for its popular wedding venues, making BrynView an ideal base.
Please note, as BrynView is located within the Gower Peninsula, there are free-roaming animals in the area. The property is gated to prevent them from entering the premises.
