Timberline Lodge 2303 is warm and inviting, from the moment you step inside this appealing residence you'll notice the homey feel and comfortable furniture to accent the space. Appreciate the fully stocked kitchen which overlooks the dining space and living room. This residence also boasts large windows throughout and a private balcony to enjoy, plus A/C was installed in summer 2023. All of the bathrooms are stocked with a bath products and plush towels.

1 parking space per condo, parking pass provided at check-in. No additional parking available and no trailers or RV's allowed per HOA.

As part of the Trappeur's Crossing Resort, this lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, fitness center, 4 pools, 10 hot tubs and a sauna.

In the winter, if you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the shuttle service will whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. The shuttle will also take you Downtown, to the grocery stores or anywhere within Steamboat City limits. Please contact us to see what other units we have available!
