Location
This unique holiday complex is located in the heart of the historic centre of Huisduinen and close to the beach, the dunes, the dike, and the sea; it is designated as a Cultural Heritage site. The building has recently been restored and has a unique charm thanks to the preservation of authentic features such as the floors, high ceilings, and windows. From the apartment, the beach and several restaurants are within walking distance. By bike or car, you can reach the supermarket, the Willemsoord entertainment district, and the centre of Den Helder in 10 to 15 minutes.

The apartment
The holiday complex features 3 apartments. Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the shared hallway with doors leading to the 3 apartments. The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen and a bedroom, and is suitable for 2 people.

This cosy apartment is compact, inviting, and well-equipped. Upon entering, you step directly into the living room, which features a comfortable sofa and a cosy armchair. The dining table and open kitchen are located behind the living area. The modern kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner induction cooktop, a combination oven with microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all the usual kitchen utensils. The bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite compact bathroom with a shower and toilet. The sink is located in the bedroom.

The living room opens onto the terrace. The holiday complex has a terrace facing east and south. Apartment "B" has a south-facing terrace with two seating areas and a parasol. For guests with pets, it’s important to know that your terrace is part of the surrounding terrace area. The terraces are not separated from one another.

The washing machine and dryer are located on the right side next to the front door. You share these with the guests of the other two apartments. You can park your car in the large car park next to the holiday complex.

Dogs are welcome. Additional fee: €30 per dog, per week.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the price.
