Our house, “a calzada,” is located in a rural setting 2.8 km from the centre of Cedeira, a fishing village situated in the heart of the Rías Altas. The property is a 200-year-old stone house that was completely restored in 2024, preserving its traditional character and offering an ideal space to relax and unwind during your holiday.
a calzada has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor—two of them with 1.50 beds and the other with a bunk bed and a single trundle bed (all 90 cm wide), thus accommodating up to 7 guests; it also has 3 full bathrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room, dining room, a spacious kitchen, and a large outdoor porch where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the valley and the 7,000 m² property.
The house is fully equipped for winter, with heating and weatherproof windows.
Cedeira is the perfect place to relax and unwind during your holiday, offering a wide variety of activities such as enjoying its beaches, going on hiking trails, and taking in the stunning scenery, among others. Additionally, the town has all the necessary amenities for your stay, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and more.

We had a lovely stay here. Miguel contacted us prior to our arrival to meet us at the property for checkin. We were shown round and provided with some recommendations of things to do and places to eat out. The house was immaculate with amazing views. There was everything you needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. The rooms were of a generous size and the beds were super comfy. We would definitely recommend this property.
