The Space:
This exclusive traditional-style, three-bedroom villa enjoys a large private heated pool with spectacular views towards Souda Bay and panoramic views of the White Mountains. Villa Anemos is the ideal place for relaxing family holidays under the Cretan sun.

This luxurious villa is furnished with pieces of family-owned antique furniture pieces, many of which date back to the 20th century. Wooden floors, rich fabrics, colourful textiles and warm colours stand in contrast with the white walls, while glass-enclosed marble bathrooms add modern refinement. Outside, a traditional built-in BBQ placed under the lemon trees enhances the aromas for a romantic dining experience under the stars, overlooking the private infinity pool and taking in the mountain air.

The Outside
Gaze out at the blue sea and the White Mountains from our stunning infinity pool and lose yourself in a magnificent, panoramic view of the Cretan landscape. Enjoy unique sunsets while drinking a good wine, listening to the sounds of nature, breathing fresh air, and preparing a homemade meal in the built-in BBQ facilities.


Ground Floor
Villa Anemos is furnished to the highest standards with a mix of modern and traditional Cretan styles. All the expected modern facilities and amenities of a luxury retreat are present including a comfortable soft seating, open fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.


First Floor
The first floor consists of two bedrooms: a master suite with ‘Dux’ king size bed, ensuite bathroom with awe-inspiring views, separate shower and jacuzzi and a second room with ‘Dux’ twin beds that can be converted to king size and large ensuite. Baby cots, linen and safety door guards are also available upon request.


Lower Ground Floor
The master size bedroom of the lower ground floor is the largest and offers complete privacy from the other floors of the villa for some further privacy. The fully equipped wellness room includes a mini gym, sauna and hamam and promises a unique experience for all guests.

Individual air-conditioning units in the living room area and all three bedrooms.
Wireless broadband internet access, music system (CD/radio) with individual room controls, satellite TV, mobile card telephone and safe deposit box.
Tea and coffee cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. for 6 persons plus essential kitchen necessities like wine bottle opener, bread knife, frying pan, casserole dishes, baking trays, etc.
Dining room area with 6 chairs and fully equipped open plan kitchen.
Oven, ceramic top cooker, toaster, kettle, filter/espresso coffee machine, dishwasher machine, iron, ironing board, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Hairdryers, bathrobes, bath towels, pool towels, luxury toiletries and slippers are provided for all guests.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

The initial deposit is not refundable . Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to arrival date, 100% cancellation fee. Any cancellation by you (for whatever reason) must be in writing addressed to us by e-mail. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by us.

SK place will ensure that each cancellation will be dealt with flexibility and goodwill.

Booking terms & conditions
The customer, by booking the property agrees to abide by the following Rental Conditions:

PROPERTY OWNER’S DISCLAIMER - The property owner does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred by the client or any member of the client’s party regardless of the cause. The property owner does not accept liability for any injury, death, loss, inconvenience or damage, alteration, delay or cancellation of the booking as a result of war, threat of war, riot or civil strife, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, action at an airport or port by any government or public authority, technical problems relating to transport and airport regulations caused by technical, mechanical or electrical breakdowns or with the client’s accommodation or other circumstances as amounting to ‘force majeure’ or Acts of God or other similar events beyond the property owner’s control. . In addition, the owner is not responsible for any physical injuries caused to the customers during their stay at the property. The properties offers are not official tourist structures or hotels. Rather, they are private homes. Being such, they do not have standards or categories recognized internationally, but instead reflect in their architecture and furnishings the local traditions and personal taste of the owners. Customers much accept differences in the properties, be them architectural or cultural, relative to their own homes
NUMBER OF PEOPLE USING THE HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION: Only those persons named on the booking form may use the property without prior arrangement. The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the property description except in the case of infants under two years. In the event that the maximum number is exceeded without prior arrangement, we reserve the right to refuse or revoke the booking at their sole discretion.
BEHAVIOUR: The person signing the contract is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his party. Should you and your party not behave in such a manner we reserve the absolute discretion ask you and your party to vacate the property without a refund of the price
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Check in time is 15.00 p.m. on the holiday start date, and the accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the last day. Earlier check in/later check out can be arranged upon availability.
HEATED POOL Pool can be heated on request with an extra weekly cost of 450euro One week notice is requested.
EXTERNAL MAINTENANCE - The owner or his/her representative have, if necessary, free access to the property for essential maintenance purposes (garden, swimming pool, etc.)
Complaints: Your holiday enjoyment is of prime importance to us. In the event that you have cause for complaint whilst on holiday you must immediately report the matter to our manager so that we have the opportunity to resolve the matter on the spot. Until we are aware of a problem or complaint we cannot begin to resolve it.
Conditions: When accepting your booking, it will be understood that you are agreeing to the Booking Conditions on behalf of all members of your party.
JURISDICTION - In the event of controversy arising from the booking and property rental, only the Chania Crete Courts can deal with the matter. By confirming the booking, the customer implies that the Rental Conditions have been understood and have thereby been accepted without reserve and without exception.
